Richard specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, Craniosacral and Myofascial Release, energy work and aromatherapy.

He graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1995 and has served on the faculty there since 1997. He teaches hands on and energy work classes in addition to advanced classes in Raindrop Technique.

Richard has trained with the Upledger Institute completing levels I and II in both Craniosacral and Somatoemotional Release techniques. In 2004 he received a certificate of completion for Chakra Teacher Training program and is also trained in Quantum Touch and Raindrop Therapy.

Richard uses therapeutic grade essential oils with many of his clients and has affected many benefits with disorders such as arthritis, hypertension, attention deficit disorder and migraine headaches.

Richard is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and his license number is 1281. His intention is to make every session specific and individualized, offering a variety of techniques and approaches in order to be effective on a wide variety of conditions, preferences, tolerances and needs.

One and one-half hour therapeutic massage $95.00
